hey howdy hello

What better way to start than with a bit of an introduction. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Laci Woodward. I’m the proud owner of Wild Flowers, located right here in my hometown of Coweta, OK. Since I can’t hug your neck or offer you a glass of sweet tea, this will have to do. Let me start by simply saying thank you so much for stopping by, and welcome! I wanted to use this space to tell you a bit about myself and what makes Wild Flowers special.

Family is everything to me. I'm married to an incredible man who's dedicated over two decades to the Coweta Fire Department, climbing up the ranks to Deputy Chief. We're proud parents to three amazing kiddos—Brier, Stormie, and Paislee, who keep our schedules booked and our hearts full. Our family thrives on being outdoors, whether it's barrel racing on the weekends, hunting, fishing, or exploring new places.

On top of our family adventures and being parents, my husband and I are both business owners. I own and operate Wild Flowers and Brian owns and operates Woodward Electric. We understand firsthand what customers mean to a business. It's a value instilled in us by our parents and something we carry into our work. Making customers happy is more than just good business, it’s good people.

Floral design has always fascinated me, going back to childhood. I remember picking flowers for my mom, knowing they wouldn't last long, but the sentiment was what mattered. Flowers, to me, are like food for the soul—they might not last forever, but they bring joy and a smile to your face, just like a good home cooked meal.

My journey with flowers took a more personal turn during a challenging period in my life. Losing my dad and two brothers at a young age was a heart-wrenching experience. Flowers became a way to express what words couldn't at that time. My mom, who's remarkably creative, showed me the basics of floral arrangements during holidays and when we’d make pieces for my dad and brother’s graves. It was a part of my life that came full circle in 2021 when I joined a local flower shop during the pandemic. All the tough times brought me experience and a newfound passion for floral design.

I owe a debt of gratitude to my family, friends, and customers who've shaped my journey and encouraged me to follow my passion. I especially need to thank Madison McClure for taking me under her wing and showing me the ropes during my time at her flower shop. With Wild Flowers, I'm excited to keep creating beautiful, unique floral designs that add a touch of beauty and meaning to those special moments in your life. I've said all that, and if you're still reading bless you, to simply say this; thank you! Thank you to those who have already allowed me to create arrangements for them, and if you’re new around here, again thank you for stopping by! Thank you for liking our Facebook page, thank you for sharing our posts, and liking our photos. Thank you for messaging me with orders and ideas. And most importantly, thank you for making a small town Oklahoma gal’s dream come true.

Stay Wild Love, Laci | Wild Flowers
